With a deep commitment to understanding each client's unique goals, Greg and his team have successfully facilitated transactions exceeding $12 billion across more than 900 deals. His approach is meticulously personalized, consistently aligning each transaction with the strategic objectives of both institutional and private clients to ensure tailored solutions and enduring partnerships.
Starting his career at Marcus & Millichap after the 1994 Los Angeles earthquake, Greg has developed a reputation for thorough market analysis and a dedication to continuous improvement. His and his team's efforts have been recognized with awards such as Top Broker by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Top Producer by CoStar. Greg is also a frequent contributor to regional and national conferences and has been featured in notable publications like the Wall Street Journal and the Los Angeles Times.
Outside the office, Greg enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor sports, cooking, and reading.

A leader in the private and institutional multifamily arenas, Kevin has led the sale of rent controlled, adaptive reuse, ground leased, new construction, and tax credit multifamily communities. His attention to detail, skillful negotiation, and 20 years of real estate experience in a market he was born and raised in, allow Kevin to turn problems into opportunities to add value for our clients. Kevin spends his weekends backpacking, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
