A native Californian, Greg brings an optimistic mindset to the brokerage and advisory team he founded nearly 25 years ago. As a self-proclaimed “student of the business,” he believes that a consistent focus on making small improvements every day is the secret to long term success. Starting his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in the depth of Los Angeles’ post-earthquake economy of 1994, Greg has built a loyal client base and deep local market expertise.
A recipient of numerous regional and national awards including Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top Broker and CoStar’s Top Producer, Greg is a regular speaker at the West Coast Real Share Apartments Conference and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, and Real Estate Southern California Magazine. Greg enjoys time with family and friends, yoga, surfing, skiing, cooking, and reading with a stated goal of completing 52 books a year.

A leader in the private and institutional multifamily arenas, Kevin has led the sale of rent controlled, adaptive reuse, ground leased, new construction, and tax credit multifamily communities. His attention to detail, skillful negotiation, and 15 years of real estate experience in a market he was born and raised in, allow Kevin to turn problems into opportunities to add value for our clients. Kevin spends his weekends backpacking, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and two daughters who are 5 and 8.
What matters most to you in business?
Maintaining a level of honesty and integrity that provides clients with the utmost confidence that their interests are always being well served.
Joe’s commitment to truly understanding the market and its participants allows him to create value for clients that is often missed. He’s highly analytical, energetic, and passionate with a detailed understanding of transactions in the market. A high-level financial analyst, skilled communicator, and strategic negotiator, Joe was named a 2016 Costar Power Broker. He’s actively involved in community and charity work including involvement with the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Los Angeles Mission, and Urban Land Institute.

When he isn’t at the office, he enjoys photography, boxing, and training to summit the next mountain on his list.
What is your favorite part of the business?
The relationship building. I love learning about a client’s success stories, how they started, how they got their big break…sometimes we get to be a part of those milestones.
